A three-member panel of the Supreme Administrative court delivered a judgement against the Minister of Health and ordered him to fulfil the obligations accruing from Regulation No. 34, which regulates the provision of expensive medicines to cancer patients, patients suffering from rare diseases and kidney diseases.
