The subject of the monitoring is the procedural actions of the State Agency for Refugees in all phases (Dublin procedures for determining the Member State responsible for examining an application for protection under Regulation 2003/343/EC, as introduced in Section Iа, Chapter 6 of the Asylum and Refugees Act; accelerated admissibility procedures for applications for protection under Section II, Chapter 6 of the Asylum and Refugees Act; and regular procedures for the substantive assessment of applications for protection under Section III, Chapter 6 of the Asylum and Refugees Act), as well as the acts (decisions) issued by the administrative authority in these procedures.
