Annual Report on Status Determination Procedure in Bulgaria in 2012

This report has been prepared pursuant to Article 2.8(5) of the Agreement between the UNHCR Representation in Sofia and the Bulgarian Helsinki Committee of 2 February 2012, and in accordance with Article 3, paragraph 2 of the Asylum and Refugees Act.
