The subject of the monitoring is the procedural actions carried out under the Asylum and Refugees Act by the State Agency for Refugees at the Council of Ministers.
The procedural actions are monitored at all phases — registration (access to the procedure), Dublin procedure (determining the EU Member State responsible for examining an application for protection under Regulation 2003/343/EC according to Section Iа, Chapter Six of the Asylum and Refugees Act); accelerated procedure (admissibility of the application for protection under Section II, Chapter Six of the Asylum and Refugees Act); and regular procedure (substantive assessment of the application for protection under Section III, Chapter Six of the Asylum and Refugees Act), as well as the acts (decisions) issued by the administrative authority in these procedures.
