#INSTAFOTO Photography Course with Vera Gotseva

We brought together students from different ethnic backgrounds and schools in a short course in mobile photography. The photographer Vera Gotseva spent a day in Sofia and Kjustendil to work with mixed groups of 25 children in each location. “The young people met each other for the first time, but they got on brilliantly together and managed to successfully complete complex photographic tasks. I’ve always known that children are prejudice-free and do not judge people by the colour of their skin – and I was right. It is us, the adults, who do the judging and divisions and this should all get us thinking,” said Vera Gotseva about the experience of working together with the children. The video shows how their day went and how they worked together on their joint photographic tasks.
