Bulgarian Helsinki Committee provides free legal aid to victims of human rights abuses. Such aid is provided by two of the organization's programs. The Legal program provides consultation and representation in strategically selected cases that correspond to the program's priorities. The program for legal aid of refugees and migrants provides assistance in the procedure for international protection.
